UAB “Gempa” Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Provisions
1.1. Seller – UAB “Gempa”, legal entity code: 123575356, registered address: Kalvarijų g. 125, Vilnius, e-mail: info@gempa.lt, tel.: +370 647 38877.
1.2. Buyer – a natural person who has reached the age of 18, or a legal entity having the legal capacity to enter into transactions.
2. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
2.1. To purchase goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable legal acts.
2.2. To provide accurate and up-to-date contact and delivery address information.
2.3. To pay the price of the goods and (where applicable) delivery costs.
2.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods meet the return conditions.
3. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. To sell and deliver goods and to provide accurate information on the price of goods, VAT, delivery costs, and delivery times.
3.2. To ensure that the goods are fit for their intended purpose.
3.3. To comply with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions; amendments shall apply only to future orders.
4. Payment and Delivery Conditions
4.1. Payment shall be made by:
• bank transfer;
• bank card;
• other electronic payment methods indicated on the website.
4.2. Goods are reserved only after payment has been received.
4.3. (If the goods are in stock) delivery shall be carried out within 2–4 business days from receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise. If the goods are made to order, the delivery time shall be specified separately.
5. Return and Withdrawal Conditions
5.1. The Buyer may return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods are undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
5.2. High-quality goods manufactured according to a specific order are non-returnable.
5.3. The amount paid shall be refunded within 14 business days from the receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
6. Amendment of the Terms
6.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
6.2. Amended Terms and Conditions shall enter into force from the date of their publication on the website. The Buyer must review the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
