QUALITY POLICY

Mission

The mission of UAB “Gempa” is to design, manufacture and supply high-technical-performance, reliable, functionally and aesthetically refined precision mechanical products that comply with customer requirements, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, normative documents, and the requirements of high-responsibility industrial sectors.

The Company seeks to be a reliable technological partner, ensuring product conformity, traceability, reliability and stable process management throughout the entire product life cycle.

General Provisions

UAB “Gempa” carries out the design, manufacturing and supply of precision mechanical components and assemblies by applying a process approach, risk-based thinking and customer orientation.

The Company implements, maintains and continuously improves a quality management system in accordance with LST EN ISO 9001:2015, structured in such a way that it is:

  • compatible with higher-level industry standards;
  • adapted to stringent customer and regulatory requirements;
  • focused on prevention rather than solely on the elimination of nonconformities.

The quality management system includes:

  • enhanced traceability requirements (for materials, operations, measurements and personnel);
  • management of design, validation and changes;
  • extended risk analysis (technological, quality, supply and delivery risks);
  • selection, evaluation and control of suppliers and subcontractors;
  • reliable measurement, testing and quality evidence;
  • management of nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions.

  • ensuring stability, repeatability and documented control of design, manufacturing and inspection processes;

  • establishing transparent, controlled and long-term relationships with suppliers;
  • developing employee competence, responsibility and involvement in achieving quality objectives;
  • continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality management system.

The management of UAB “Gempa” commits to:

  • ensuring compliance of the quality management system with LST EN ISO 9001:2015 and applicable higher-level customer requirements;
  • providing the necessary conditions for the implementation of this policy and ensuring adequate resources;
  • promoting employee training, competence development and continuous improvement;
  • managing the impact of risks on product and service conformity and customer satisfaction;

reviewing the quality policy and objectives annually, assessing their suitability and effectiveness.
